Learning is linear

It’s been a year now, when all of us were at our team high, since we had got significant attention for a fairly young idea, among many we attempted.

And, when I look back I feel “OH MY GOD”, it’s been a year……..

And, my lesson is learning is linear.

I always plan for scale, I constantly work to challenge my assumptions, when some part is not working, but I now I feel something have to be managed linearly and one of them is learning.

If an idea is in incubation and when you want it to go across people, then the ability to graduate from lab to field requires enormous handholding and I strongly recommend growing slowly, as rapid scale can be expensive.

Hope this new gadget and access to purely mobile device enables me to share more.
