Attempt to blog

If you have visited this page without me inviting you, then sincere thanks and if you are visiting after I have sent several emails to you to peek in my life and socially gossip on this new web 2.0 platform then finally I can thank you for your kind attention.

This is my first attempt to blog.

I said this earlier, but could not write a word more then saying first attempt.

Why did I choose to blog?

-We all know when we go to a party at a friends house and if the host is quite and does not talk you feel how anti social and rude that person is! Similarly, I felt about myself, as a host.

-After I left 3i Infotech and started my adventure with Dot Com, then got introduced to social media and web 2.0, though I heard about it earlier, but now I swim and dive into this ocean everyday and learnt that we now thanks to this new social set up, though physically live less connected, but through new gadgets and tools are more connected then past. My social network involves family, relatives, colleagues, past colleagues and they may (and perhaps may not) want to know what’s happening in my life. So, if I don’t communicate its like a rude quite host at my house, so the journey begins.

-Last but not the least, now I have more time then before to chat, write, chill and party then before, how and why is left for your interpretation/imagination

Can I be consistent?

-Now we are entering into my spin zone, can’t promise consistency, I am habitual to live with highs and lows, this is my high, can’t predict low

Will I be boring?

-I think if I am around friends and family and on my high, then perhaps I am an entertainer, but not as good as my son, so will attempt to blog on my high and not blog like Devdas

Will I be thoughtful?

-You got to be kidding, me thoughtful, common I am full of ideas, controversy is my second nature, “con-fusion” is my source of emotions, so I would argue, I would present my thoughts with deep meditated thoughtful approach…..ok ok cant promise this

Can I excite english literature critics and Hari?

-Those of you who are close you know Hari/KPD would correct me, then Arvind and then Vivek the trend followed, all my bosses (excluding VS and MM) helped, motivated and attempted to improve my english and I still commit some horrible sins. Yes the reason I wrote this, so that I can set expectation, Its difficult so I can’t improve, so please bear with me and accept me the way I am.

What will I write?

-Definitely not fiction, so no best selling novel plot. This blogging is to gossip, so what do you expect me to write. When I am happy and want to make fun of you, then search your name and you will find me writing about you, when I am promoting my ideas, find me lobbying my case, when I am about to unveil or launch some new client or a product, find me being a mystery story teller, when my family or friends miss me or I miss them the most, find me sharing joyful memories of past. This is my gossip platform, be ready to find anything or everything. Only rule, I don’t want to be embarrassed and ashamed when my pop and mom read it. So no porn or content which is subject to censorship and viewers discretion is advised.

Hopefully, by now I have set the expectation so wait for my next blog.
